About this course

Early in my career I learned how to create sellable images that connected with my clients through in-person sales. Have you ever had a client who just had issue with themselves in every photo you showed them? Usually that has to do with the way that they are posed in the final frame of the image. As photographers, our job is to be aware of our client’s insecurities, and help to flatter them the best. In this course, I will show you basic posing principles that will help you get away from the posing books or Pinterest boards.

We will cover how to flatter any body type, as well as how to conjure emotion from your subjects. We will show you how to use movement to create more natural looking images, as well as how to best use your poses and incorporate them into your composition. Lastly, we are going to stress the importance of the details, slowing down when shooting, and making sure that you are creating images that your clients will purchase for their homes.
