There is a lot of stress during real weddings for photographers. As a high-end wedding photographer, Danny Dong will share his effective and creative lighting skills during real wedding days. Every year since 2012, Danny has used his real wedding day client images to win many print competition awards. In this class, Danny will break the wedding day coverage into different sections and demonstrate how he uses creative lighting skills during getting ready, bridal party portraits, bride & groom portraits, ceremony and the reception to create award-winning images. He will also make side-by-side comparisons of natural light and flash images to demonstrate the different look and feel he can achieve by using different lighting techniques. The purpose of his presentation is to demonstrate: Lighting is not difficult. But understanding and utilizing different lighting are essential skills for today’s working wedding photographer.
